Quality and Environment

Committed to your wellbeing

At Efitherma, we understand quality, innovation, and environmental protection as fundamental principles of our business and as essential elements for the company’s sustainable development.

Quality and sustainability permeate every aspect of our business, from development to the final product.

We are proud of our long professional history in the sector, with more than 25 years dedicated to the manufacture of heat pumps that play a key role in the current energy transition.

Quality and Environmental Policy

At Efitherma, we carry out activities that include the design, development, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of solar thermal systems, thermodynamic systems, heat pumps, and hybrid systems. Therefore, our Quality and Environmental Policy is developed within the framework of an Integrated Management System, taking as a reference the applicable international standards in quality management and environmental management, as well as the legislation, regulatory requirements, and other commitments applicable to our activity.

As a company linked to the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector, we assume our responsibility to develop solutions that contribute to the efficient use of energy and resources, while working to prevent and reduce the environmental impacts associated with our activities, products and processes.

Our goal is to offer reliable, efficient and technically advanced products and solutions, aimed at satisfying the needs and requirements of our customers and other interested parties, promoting the continuous improvement of our products, processes and Integrated Management System.

Innovation is also one of our fundamental principles. Therefore, we promote research, development, and technological improvement of our products and solutions, seeking to increase their efficiency, performance, and reliability, as well as optimize resource and energy use.

We also consider the involvement of everyone at Efitherma essential. We encourage their participation in the Integrated Management System, providing the necessary training, awareness-raising, and internal communication to foster a culture based on quality, prevention, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement..
