Efitherma guarantees the goods supplied against any manufacturing defect or operational defect for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will cover, at its expense, the repair of the product in its facilities, the replacement of the product or the supply of spare parts for defective components, whichever is least expensive and technically feasible.

The cost and taxes on the refrigerant are expressly excluded from warranty coverage when it has not been supplied by the manufacturer in hermetically sealed appliances.

The warranty does not cover on-site labor for replacement of the product or spare parts, nor indirect damage or consequential losses that may be attributed to defective operation of the product.

Specifically, the manufacturer will not be able to bear the Tax on Fluorinated Gases stipulated in Law 16/2013, emitted into the atmosphere as a result of a leak in refrigeration equipment subject to a tightness and resistance test by the refrigeration installer and a Periodic leak control according to Regulations 517 2014 on F-gases and Safety for Refrigeration Facilities, RD 552/2019.

Returns

Returns of material will not be accepted unless expressly authorized by EFICIENCIA, FUTURO E INGENIERÍA S.L. In any case, the material must be sent free of shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be due, with the exception of the particular conditions signed in the particular distribution contract.

Ligitations

In this case, the Courts of Lucena (Córdoba) will be competent.

Prices

The prices that may appear on this website are PUBLIC SALE PRICES and in our central facilities or distribution warehouses. Current taxes will be charged to the corresponding invoice.

Spare parts and accessories

Returns will not be accepted unless the S.A.T. expressly authorize them.

Packaging

Efitherma includes standard packaging included in the price.

Orders

Order requests should be directed to our central facilities EFICIENCIA, FUTURO E INGENIERÍA S.L. (Efitherma).

Orders cannot be canceled when the equipment has been shipped. If the equipment is specially manufactured, cancellation will not be accepted once manufacturing has begun. Reserves the right to accept orders from customers who have breached previous contracts. The particular conditions mentioned in the customer's order will be canceled if they do not comply with these general conditions of sale or if they are expressly accepted.
